Getting ready

Hi Folks!
I’m starting a new diary where you can find something about myself and my everyday life. I’ll try
to share emotions and feelings as well as several pics regarding all the places that I visit while I’m
on tour around the world and I will share, hopefully a couple of times per month, some titles of
the books that I’m reading and the records I’m listening to.
I’ve just finished the book called The Teachings of Don Juan written by Carlos Castaneda. It was
submitted as his Master’s thesis in the school of Anthropology. It purports to document the events
that took place during an apprenticeship with a self-proclaimed Yaqui Indian Sorcerer, don Juan
Matus from Sonora, Mexico between 1960 and 1965.
Then, in order to get ready for my forthcoming move to L.A. at the Monk Institute and be
prepared for the L.A. sound, I’m listening to some beautiful and new records by Walter Smith III – Still Casual and by Ambrose Akinmusire – The Imagined Savior Is Far Easier To Paint.
